All participants (users of rented items) must be present at the time of pickup to complete their waiver, those under age 19 will require the additional signature of a parent/guardian.
Cancellation requires no less than 24-hours notice.
Your safety is our priority, which means we sometimes have to make the call to cancel bookings due to severe weather or other conditions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. Everyday rain does not constitute extreme weather.
Here's how it works.

Book online, by phone or, in-store at least the day before, but book as far in advance as you like as we require 24-hours notice for cancellation.

Meet us at the trailhead (see map below) at the specified time, make sure everyone is present to sign waivers. We'll give you an orientation on how the bike(s) work. You can bring your own helmet, or you can wear one of ours.

Give us a call 30-45 minutes ahead of being finished and we will return to the trailhead and collected the bikes & gear.
