Enjoy a half-day paddle on the Columbia River!

Take a leisurely paddle along the Columbia River through one of the largest remaining intact wetlands in North America, scenic vistas of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains flanking you, perhaps spotting some wildlife in midst of habitat for hundreds of bird species, turtles, otters, beavers, bears, deer, elk and more.  Little experience required, it's best if you're familiar with your choice of watercraft be it single or tandem kayak, canoe, or stand up paddleboard.  A quintessential activity for newcomers to the area or those who come back again and again.  Shuttle departs our location in Radium at 10:30AM, and you'll return about 4 hours later.

Starting at $74

Prices exclude tax (5% GST + 7% PST) & 6% convenience fee if booking online.

Bookings may also be made by calling (778) 527-5047.  Pets are not allowed on the tour.

All participants (users of rented items) must be present at the time of pickup to complete their waiver, those under age 19 will require the additional signature of a parent/guardian.

Cancellation requires no less than 24-hours notice.

Your safety is our priority, which means we sometimes have to make the call to cancel bookings due to severe weather or river conditions, among other things.  In such cases, you will receive a full refund.  Everyday rain does not constitute extreme weather.

Here's how it works.

  1. Book online, by phone or, in-store at least the day before, but book as far in advance as you like as we require 24-hours notice for cancellation.

  2. Arrive at our HQ in Radium 15 minutes or more ahead of the specified departure time so we can get waivers out of the way, then we'll give you a quick orientation before you jump onboard our shuttle and head to the launch point with watercraft in-tow.

  3. Unload and set off on a typically 3-4 hour paddle down river (you're going with the flow, but you'll still need to paddle), and enjoy the cruise.

  4. We'll meet  up with you as arranged at the takeout point, and bring you and the watercraft back to Radium.
